I built CoopNest because I lived the problem.
I'm a homeschooling parent, a systems thinker, and a farmer — which means I spend a lot of time doing things that don't scale well on a spreadsheet. Coordinating with other homeschool families, sharing resources, tracking what my kids are actually learning, and keeping a household running are not four separate jobs. They're one ecosystem, and none of the tools I found treated them that way.
CoopNest started as infrastructure I built for myself. It became something I wanted to share when I realized the problem wasn't unique to me — it was structural. Homeschool families are doing remarkable things with almost no coordination layer to support them.
I operate under the handle MotherNode — because in any healthy network, the node that holds everything together matters.
